The Rapide product range was created 20 years ago. These models have been designed and developed, continuously, to meet the growing need of the precast industries for rigour, manufacturing quality, development of new products and speed of manufacturing processes with reduced manpower.

TUBE MACHINES
ILMAR shackle and tube machines are the right choice for the manufacture of tubes with a diameter of 100 to 300 cm and a maximum length of 110 cm.
These models have the ability to adapt the strength of the vibration to the product to be manufactured through the use of high frequency converters.

Concrete Plants
Our range of mixers vary from 0.30 m3 to 1.5 m3 of concrete vibrated per cycle. All systems are equipped with emergency start-up systems so that in the event of a power cut it will start up again even if it is full.
MOULDS
The technology used in the manufacture of ILMAR moulds is the guarantee of a precise, robust and long-lasting product. All the steels applied in our moulds are certified, according to the norms in force.
